1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the pjok2 online gaming platform, accessible at https://pjok2.club and all associated sub-pages (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pjok2 and is intended for use by eligible players in Bangladesh who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots or crash games — you enter into a legally binding agreement with pjok2 and accept these T&C without reservation.

pjok2 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, pjok2 will notify registered users via the contact method on file. Your continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create and use a pjok2 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pjok2 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately and any funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You are a resident or located in Bangladesh at the time of using the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under local laws applicable to you.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person, entity, or as an agent is not permitted.
• You have not previously had a pjok2 account closed or suspended for breach of these T&C or any other policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf as the beneficial owner of the funds deposited into your account. pjok2 does not accept funds from third parties on behalf of players.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register a pjok2 account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. pjok2 uses this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Account Ownership and Access

• Each player may hold only one active pjok2 account. If pjok2 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. pjok2 will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify pjok2 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if you believe your login details have been compromised.
• pjok2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Bangladesh National ID, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure

You may close your pjok2 account at any time by contacting support. pjok2 may close or suspend an account with immediate effect if there is evidence of breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that pjok2 determines is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Any balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pjok2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pjok2 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. pjok2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of pjok2.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pjok2 does not accept deposits from third parties. If pjok2 identifies that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pjok2 balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact pjok2 support with your transaction reference number.
• pjok2 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also self-impose deposit limits via their account settings.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is completed. pjok2 strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays when requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests must be to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• pjok2 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time. VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
• pjok2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these T&C. In such cases, pjok2 will notify the player of the delay within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pjok2 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer. The following general principles apply to all pjok2 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion. pjok2 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, not to the original deposit.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used for the gaming products specified in each promotion. Where a bonus is awarded for cricket betting, it may not be applied to slots or other products unless the promotion terms explicitly permit this.
• pjok2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pjok2 are subject to the specific rules of each product as displayed on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all pjok2 gaming products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets placed in error are the responsibility of the player.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — pjok2 will investigate and resolve the matter based on the system logs available. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• pjok2 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the odds, outcome or game settings were displayed or processed incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player.
• Cricket betting odds and markets on pjok2 are updated in real time during live matches. pjok2 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's decision to bet based on odds that were subsequently updated before the bet was confirmed.

7. Responsible Gaming

pjok2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. pjok2 recognises that gambling can become harmful for a small number of players and takes its duty of care seriously. All players are encouraged to use the following responsible gaming tools, available via their account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month to control spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets. pjok2 will also take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive promotional communications during this period.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but betting and deposit functions are suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pjok2. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks submitted in bad faith, or any other attempt to defraud pjok2 or other players on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing or coordinated betting patterns.
• Use of any automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use pjok2 as a vehicle to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to pjok2 support immediately. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pjok2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio and video materials — is the intellectual property of pjok2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pjok2.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjok2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. pjok2's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pjok2 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pjok2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. The revised T&C will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pjok2 will notify registered players via the contact information on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 3.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pjok2 encourages players to contact support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. pjok2 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process.
